World’s Highest Building in Dubai

I can’t commentary about it. In the video below say enough detail, when it was developing, from a year to next year, and I also don’t know whether this building has completed at now. I only share to you all, that Dubai has been developing the world’s highest building in the world. And now is 2009, I also don’t know when the developing will end.
